The Royal Society of Biology (England) has awarded their Postgraduate Textbook Prize to *[Curating Biocultural Collections: A Handbook](http://shop.kew.org/kewbooksonline/professional-and-academic/economic-botany/curating-biocultural-collections-a-handbook)*, the first major curation manual for biocultural collections. HUH staff members [Judy Warnement](/people/judith-warnement) and [Julie Shapiro](/people/julie-mcintosh-shapiro) were contributors to the book; Judy aided in a chapter entitled “Cataloguing and curation of ethnobiological books and archives” and Julie provided several photographs. The judges said: "*A stunningly visual and engaging book with a crisp, clear and example rich style. It captivates the reader with its breadth of topics and range of examples, case studies and photographs."*

Congratulations to all involved, and especially to our own Judy and Julie!
