R. Gordon Wasson (1898-1986)
The Wasson Papers were a gift from RGW to the Harvard University Botanical Museum as part of the "Tina and Gordon Wasson Ethnomycological Collection." The transfer of the books, papers, and artifacts that comprise the collection was completed in April 1982. Documentation can be found in the series titled:
Correspondence and Other Papers Relating to Gifts and Gift of the Wasson Library to Harvard University, 1960-1986.
Documentation for many of the artifacts can be found in the following folders:
Paul Blum, Stella Kramrisch, Richard Rose, Kahlil Gibran, Lawrence Gichner, Peruvian Bowl, and Ojibways II.
