Elizabeth A. Kellogg is currently a Professor of Biology, University of Missouri-St. Louis. Her research interests include plant systematics and phylogeny of the grass family and the Poales. Peter F. Stevens is a Professor of Biology, University of Missouri-St. Louis and a curator at the Missouri Botanical Garden. His research interests include revisionary/monographic studies, flowering plant morphology and phylogeny, theory of character states, and the history of natural history
